Wow, It's hard to believe that Nelson is already 1 year old! What a year it has been too. We are so proud of him. He's a good boy and has learned so much. He's taking steps on his own and has such a sunny personality. We love him more than ever.
We celebrated his birthday with some family and he had a great time. Grandma, Auntie Andrea, Uncle Jesus, cousins Sofia and Alexander came over, and we also Skyped with his Grandma and Grandpa in OH. He had a blast. Except for the cake...
Grandma made him a teddy bear cake. He looked at it for a little bit, didn't really want to dig into it, and then started crying! He was afraid of it. :) He did get a taste of it though and did a little shiver because it was so sweet. And yes, he got a little spoiled with gifts - but he is very, very loved.
He also got a plate of spaghetti the next night and made a royal mess. I think he liked the bath most of all!
