Camping near Sula

We took Nelson out for his second camping trip just this last weekend - just before 9 weeks.  He did great again this time, even sleeping for a 6 hour stretch!  Mom got to ride her bike the first day on Warm Springs Ridge, while Dad drove shuttle and watched Nelson.  Then we swapped out the second day.  Nice to get out with friends, do some riding, and bring Nelson along.

Grandma & Grandpa Clark visit

Bob and Carol came out to visit their grandson right when he was 8 weeks old.  Nelson seemed pretty happy to meet his Grandpa for the first time.  And Grandpa did great with Nelson - making him smile lots.

It's been a while since we've posted pics.  These are just a few cute ones - about 5 to 7 weeks.

First overnight to Glacier

Our friends, Ben & Corrie from Colorado came to visit with their baby - Landon.  Landon was 10 weeks, and Nelson was 4 weeks.  It was amazing to see how much development happens in 6 weeks.  We hope these two grow up to be good friends.  We decided to go up to Glacier with the Metz family to try out our first overnight - camping in our minivan.  We went to Two Medicine Lake to camp and hike.  Nelson did great!  We even saw two grizzlies on one of our hikes.  We figure we may as well get him used to the great outdoors as early as possible, and Glacier is the best place for it.
